Prarambhik Shibir is for three days. In this Shibir, self-identification, guidance on the path of meditation, guidance on silence, introduction to soul-divine, relationship of body with soul, identification of Sadguru and knowledge of Shakti Pat Diksha are imparted.

This shibir is primarily for spiritual newcomers. It teaches us how to meditate, the importance of meditation, and most importantly, it introduces us to our Spiritual Guru, Dr. Shri Narayanbhai Patel.

Prarmbhik Shibir usually clarifies why meditation is necessary for human life and what benefits it provides. The shibir contains detailed information about Chakras and meditation. A chakra is an energy point or force in the body that govern various physical, mental, and spiritual functions in an individual. It is the technique of awakening the body’s chakras. This is the purpose of chakra meditation.

Meditation using the Accurate Technique is practiced here. Meditation sessions are held in the divine presence of Guruji’s vibrations. Morning Kriyayog sessions for body cleansing are exercised by explaining its benefits.
